What You Need To Know About The Most Expensive Coffee In The World
If you are complaining about the price of your favorite cup of coffee, you might quit when you consider the cost of the most expensive coffee in the world. The truth about the price of the most expensive coffee and the making of kopi luwak coffee makes for a very interesting story.
In many Asian countries there are mammals known as civets which live in forests and coffee plantations. They eat small vertebrates and insects. They also eat the ripe, red fruit which grows on coffee plants. These beans are what make up the most expensive coffee in the world. If you are able to hold off on grinding the beans until shortly before you brew them, this prevents the beans from degrading in flavor and aroma.
