Norwegian Lights
Citizens of Norway got a surprise when they awoke this morning to see a light in the dark sky shaped like a spiral with a blue tail that looked like some type of cosmic wonder. It is thought that the spiral light was the result of a failed test launch of one of Russia’s nuclear weapons. Russian officials admit that they were testing weapons but are not confirming that this was the cause.
Jersey Hotel Room Raided-Weapons Found
Lloyd Woodson of Virginia was taken into custody yesterday after he was seen in a Quick Chek store in Branchburg sporting a bulletproof vest and carrying a concealed semi-automatic weapon. Officers chased him until he was captured while trying to hide in nearby bushes. Authorities then raided his New Jersey hotel room, finding a grenade launcher, rifles, Russian made night vision goggles, police scanner and a map of a military facility. Fox 5 went to the neighborhood where Woodson was from in Virginia and none of the neighbors recognized his photograph. There is currently no known link between Woodson and a terrorist organization but the FBI is continuing the investigation.

Ethiopian Flight Was Heading in Wrong Direction
An Ethiopian Airlines flight including 90 people crashed after catching on fire yesterday in stormy weather and plunging into the sea. The plane was apparently heading in the opposite direction of its destination. The control tower was directing the pilot who suddenly turned the plane and they could no longer see it on the radar. Authorities ruled out terrorism though they aren’t sure why the pilot would choose to fly through such horrible weather when he had radar onboard. There are believed to be no survivors and about 20 bodies have been pulled from sea. The wife to the French ambassador to Lebanon was also on the flight.
